新北動健康3.0 is a health management app developed by the New Taipei City Government's Department of Health. The app is designed to provide citizens with health-related information and tools to prevent and reverse physical decline, and increase their lifespan. The app has been awarded the MAS security mark by the Mobile Application Security Alliance, and it adheres to the basic information security guidelines set by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
The app features a personal health database, exercise database, nutrition database, and general health news. Users can input physiological test values such as blood pressure, weight, and height into their personal health database. They can also record their daily diet and exercise habits to achieve muscle endurance training and encourage self-management of their health.
